1. Delivery Coverage



We currently offer All India Delivery to most pin codes through our trusted courier partners.

If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you right away to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.





2. Processing Time



  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.






3. Delivery Time



  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other locations: 5–10 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.)






4. Shipping Charges



  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.
  • A small delivery charge may apply to orders below ₹1999 or for remote areas.






5. Tracking Your Order



Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.





6. Delays



We always try to deliver on time, but unforeseen events like bad weather, holidays, or courier issues may cause slight delays.
