At GlowHoms, we want you to love your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and replacements.





1. Returns



  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Certain products like personal-use electronics or toys may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.



To start a return, please email us at mrifahkt@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.





2. Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product delivered).






3. Exchanges



We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at mrifahkt@gmail.com with photos of the product.





4. Order Cancellations



  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.






5. Damaged or Wrong Product



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
